These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of buildersos.ai (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. What buildersos.ai is

buildersos.ai is an independent pricing tracker and stack guide for AI tools and SaaS products used by solo founders, indie hackers, and small builder teams. We capture pricing data from public product pages and surface comparisons, historical trends, and recommended stacks.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the vendors we track, except where we explicitly disclose an affiliate partnership (see Section 4).

2. Data accuracy & no warranty

Pricing and feature data on this Site is captured automatically from public sources and reviewed by a human before publishing. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate, but we cannot guarantee that any price, plan, or feature listed here matches the vendor’s current offer at any given moment.

• ›Each plan we list links back to the source page where the data was captured.
• ›The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

3. Acceptable use

You may browse and link to the Site freely. You may quote short excerpts with attribution. You may not:

• ›Scrape, crawl, or systematically copy the Site’s pricing dataset for republication.
• ›Use the Site to train machine-learning models without prior written permission.
• ›Misrepresent the Site as a vendor’s official source of pricing.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links on this Site are affiliate links. When you sign up for a product through one of these links, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. Affiliate revenue funds the cost of running the tracker and keeps it free to use.

Affiliate revenue does not influence which tools we include or how we describe them. Tool selection is based on relevance to a builder stack. We disclose affiliate links in-context and in our footer, in line with the U.S. FTC Endorsement Guides.

5. AI-assisted content

Some written content on the Site is AI-assisted and reviewed by a human before publishing. Where AI plays a meaningful role in generating a section (e.g. summaries, comparison narratives), we mark it accordingly, consistent with the EU AI Act’s transparency obligations and U.S. state laws on synthetic media.

All numerical pricing data is captured by an automated scraper from the vendor’s official source page, not generated by an AI model.

6. Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will send you periodic updates about pricing changes, new tools, and stack guides. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Newsletter delivery is handled by Beehiiv (see our Privacy Policy).

7. Third-party links & products

The Site links to third-party vendors and services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, pricing, security, or availability. Your transactions with any vendor are solely between you and that vendor.

8. Intellectual property

The Site’s editorial content, layout, and aggregated dataset are the property of buildersos.ai. Vendor names, logos, and trademarks referenced on the Site belong to their respective owners and are used under nominative fair use for identification and comparison.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision took effect. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
